At LayerLords, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process. We understand that 3D-printed collectibles are unique items, and we want to ensure you receive exactly what you expected. Our return policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all our customers.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria: • Return request must be initiated within 3 days of delivery • Item must be in original condition (unused, undamaged) • Original packaging and tags must be intact • Item must not be a custom or personalized product • Item must not be on sale or clearance (unless defective) Please note that custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
To start the return process: 1. Log into your LayerLords account 2. Go to "My Orders" and find the order you want to return 3. Click "Return Item" and select the reason for return 4. Choose whether you want a refund or exchange 5. Print the return shipping label (if applicable) 6. Package the item securely with all original packaging 7. Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return: • Defective or wrong item: Free return shipping • Changed mind or size issues: Customer pays return shipping • Return shipping label will be provided when applicable • Use the provided label to ensure proper tracking • Keep the tracking number for your records We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your own protection.
Once we receive your returned item: • We will inspect the item within 2-3 business days • If approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days • Refund will be issued to the original payment method • You will receive an email confirmation when refund is processed • Refund may take 3-10 business days to appear in your account Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you'd like to exchange your item: • Select "Exchange" instead of "Return" during the return process • Choose the replacement item from our catalog • Pay any price difference if the new item costs more • We'll ship the replacement item once we receive your return • Exchange shipping is free for eligible exchanges Exchanges are subject to product availability.
You can cancel your order under the following conditions: • Order has not been shipped yet • Cancellation request is made within 2 hours of order placement • For custom items, cancellation must be requested within 1 hour To cancel an order: • Contact our customer support immediately • Provide your order number and reason for cancellation • We'll process the cancellation and refund if applicable Once an order ships, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process.
The following items cannot be returned: • Custom or personalized products (unless defective) • Sale or clearance items (unless defective) • Digital products or downloadable content • Gift cards • Items marked as "Final Sale" • Items that have been used, damaged, or modified • Items without original packaging or tags If you receive a defective item from these categories, please contact us for assistance.
If you receive a damaged or defective item: • Do not accept delivery if the package appears damaged • Take photos of the damage immediately upon discovery • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery • We will provide a prepaid return label • Replacement will be shipped once we receive the damaged item • No restocking fees for defective items We take quality seriously and will work to resolve any issues quickly.
