Our shipping process includes careful packaging to protect your collectibles during transit, and we provide tracking information so you can monitor your order's journey to your doorstep.
• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days • Custom or personalized items may take 3-5 business days to process • Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day • Weekend and holiday orders will be processed on the next business day • You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships
We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. Shipping times and costs may vary based on your location: • Metro Cities: 2-5 business days • Tier 2 Cities: 3-7 business days • Rural Areas: 5-10 business days • Remote Locations: 7-14 business days Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the shipping method you choose: • Free shipping on orders above ₹999 • Standard delivery: ₹99 for orders below ₹999 • Express delivery: Additional ₹100 • Premium delivery: Additional ₹200 All prices include GST and are clearly displayed during checkout.
Once your order ships, you will receive: • A shipping confirmation email with tracking number • SMS updates on major delivery milestones • Real-time tracking through our website or courier partner's website • Delivery notification when your package arrives You can track your order by logging into your account or using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
To ensure smooth delivery: • Provide a complete and accurate shipping address • Include a contact phone number for delivery coordination • Specify any special delivery instructions during checkout • Ensure someone is available to receive the package • Have a valid ID ready for package collection if required If no one is available to receive the package, our courier partner will attempt delivery again or leave a pickup notice.
